‍Welcome to the AI-powered companion provided by CareFlick (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of careflick's AI companion and associated services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

‍By creating an account, accessing, or using careflick's AI companion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or guidelines provided within the Service.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access careflick's AI companion's underlying algorithms or technology.
Interfere with the Service’s functionality or access it through unauthorized means.
Use the Service to distribute malicious content or harm others.

All content, features, and technology within careflick's AI companion, including but not limited to text, graphics, trademarks, and algorithms, are owned by CareFlick and are protected by intellectual property laws.

CareFlick grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use careflick's AI companion for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

‍6. User Content

6.1 Submission of Content
By interacting with careflick's AI companion, you may provide information, feedback, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant CareFlick a license to use it for improving the Service.

‍6.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit content that is:
Illegal, offensive, or harmful.
Violative of others’ rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
Fraudulent or deceptive.

‍7. Privacy and Data Use

‍8. Service Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue careflick's AI companion (or parts of it) without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to careflick's AI companion for violations of these Terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Careflick's AI companion is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareFlick will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of careflick's AI companion.

‍10. Indemnification
‍You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareFlick, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of careflick's AI companion, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

‍11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
‍These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware Court of Chancery. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

‍12. Changes to the Terms
‍We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect 30 days after notice is provided. Continued use of careflick's AI companion after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
