Welcome to the AI-powered companion provided by CareFlick (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of CareFlick's AI companion and associated services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using CareFlick's AI companion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or guidelines provided within the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CareFlick's AI companion. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

5. Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

You retain ownership but grant CareFlick a license to use it for service improvement.
6.2 Prohibited Content- Illegal, offensive, or harmful.

7. Privacy and Data Use
Use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Data is retained as long as necessary or legally required.

Changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.

Description: By opting in, receive SMS notifications. You can cancel by texting "STOP".
